I don’t Have a very tan, I have gentle skin & blue eyes & my bio hair was light-weight ash blonde. I'm now putting on it in Palm Springs Blonde. It can be rooted but not far too dim and it’s beautiful. It's the color distinction of lowlights & highlights developing magnificent dimension. I've 3 within the Palm Springs Blonde so I am able to rot
